Higgins disputes Task Force findings on the Butler Shooting--You're gonna want to read my Addendum

He disputes the FBI account of the shots fired which the Task Force apparently relied on.. "at the center of that crime is the shooting and if you don't have the shooting right, the rest of the stuff becomes secondary. So I'm at variance form the FBI regarding exactly the sequence of shots, who shot who with what from where, and what the results of those shots were, so you're gonna want to read my addendum."

SO he's not taking issue with the Task Force's work, but the FBI conclusions on the shooting that they relied on.
