Byrne breaks the news on Jack Smith in the first 10m here, then there's a correction, then he's interviewed by L Todd Wood about it. There's overlap, but you gotta watch the first 10m.
The liver punch: Jack Smith was a blackmailer at the Hague, with a whistleblower complaint including affidavits from husband-and-wife journalists lodged at the DOJ. Byrne thinks they used it to blackmail Smith into taking the case against Trump. When journalists are forced to cover this, it'll be the end of the Jack Smith indictment.

The price of freedom. Really good speeches. Cusick doing the Lord's work, not even guilty people should be treated like that.
One thing I disagree on though, is these actual prisoners who are guilty of crimes (not the J6rs) doing near-free labor: They should be, they're paying their debt to society. Otherwise society is paying more debt to them, housing is not free by any stretch. The problem I have is private groups making money on these prisoners backs, while The People pay their bills. The same private groups skimping on overhead by feeding them years-old food. That's horrible. But there should be more prison labor IMO, & the proceeds should go to the people they harmed or the general public.
But these J6 prisoners didn't even DO ANYTHING, and it's even worse than that, they organized to defend their country and they're being punished for it by oligarchs, who don't want us to have a country.

CSPOA Alex Newman speech- "I Swore an Oath"
Hopefully the beginning of this in the Mark Finchem interview drew some interest like it did for me. He gets into the history of the Constitution, Magna Carta etc. Swearing an oath and remembering it.
One word of caution about our rights coming from God, there are some Southerners like Brion McClanahan who say this is Straussian/subversion of WHAT the founders' said. I don't follow the argument well but I know some background on it. It's very confusing. Read this before McClanahan:
-Straussians are followers of Leo Strauss and their philosophy is sort of a Machiavellian will to power through deception. This was the mindset behind the neocon (socialist war hawk liberals posing as conservative) takeover of the R Party during the Reagan years and before. Chicago Straussians. Ok, that part is straightforward.
But when McClanahan says Straussian he means "West Coast Straussian" , Clairmont U, Harry Jaffa, Michael Anton, who talk about individual rights coming from God. These are students of Strauss who started their own school in California and discuss American history more than contemporary policy. In McClanahan's view they've changed the meaning of conservatism entirely. I think he sees conservatism as being about State rights instead of equal rights for all individuals.
So there's that.

I don't have time to record them all or want to bog down my channel with too many but this isn't a bad speech. You get the idea here, similar to the pastor and sheriff (see the video above on this channel), in the clip at the end. Someone gave out flyers at the airport telling people they don't have to consent to the bodycam. Airport security tried to throw them out but the Sheriff came said that's protected First Amendment speech, and that's what a constitutional sheriff will do.

Bongino: Johnson is Worse than McCarthy but We CAN"T Vacate the Speakership
I don't agree he's worse than McCarthy but I haven't watched as closely. Probably no real difference though. If the speaker is vacated we'll get HAKEEM JEFFRIES; if he's not, he'll allow RINOs' planned resignations after the deadline to elect replacements, and then we'll get Jeffries anyway because the RINOs will vote him in. That should show the problem. It's that the R's are communists too & for anyone to be Speaker, the communists must confirm him. If Johnson was worth a damn they wouldn't have confirmed him. SO it's damned either way.
It appears these R's will give Dems =the House to ban Trump from 2024, if there's not some kind of jiujitsu coming. Might be we're getting screwed but playing the long game to get them out for good. Bongino has a good quote here, we should keep this in mind: "Biden is a gift to us, he is the greatest gift to the R party in the history of the presidency."
