A stationary front has positioned itself over Wisconsin which did spark off a few pop-up showers and a thunderstorm across the Badger state. This frontal boundary will be kicked out with the help of a cold front that at the moment is moving through the Northern Plains.  Tonight’s low temperatures will bottom out in the mid and lower 60s with very light to calm winds out of the east and southeast. We could have a few patchy spots of fog. Temperatures are back up into the mid-80s on Sunday. We will start off sunny but then in the afternoon and evening, fair weather cumulus clouds will give way to a few showers and thunderstorms. The risk of thunderstorms will remain in place for the first half of the overnight as the cold front moves through.
