Searching for The Right Rites

Are initiation rituals necessary? Are they just "there" and no special mind needs to paid to them? Should we look back to our ancient past and revive ceremony in order to create a better future for humanity? In this series on initiation, we are searching for ways to improve the transition of the seven-year-old into consciousness.
