Gen 25:1-10

The Word of God To Meditate On Today
Gen 25:5-6
Abraham was really focused on his child of promise - Isaac. Although he had other children through Keturah, his wife after the death of Sarah, he clearly followed God's instruction by sending them away from his covenant child. All God's children in Christ are the Covenant children through Jesus Christ and God has removed all forms of distraction by giving us a new life and spirit and transporting us away from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of his dear son, Jesus Christ. May we savour this and stay on our lane all the days of our lives in Jesus' name. Col 1:13 ESV

5 Abraham gave everything he owned to his son Isaac.
6 But before he died, he gave gifts to the sons of his concubines and sent them off to a land in the east, away from Isaac.

13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son,

Personal Supplication
Father, thank You for transferring me from the domain of darkness into the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Help me stay focused on my lane and Your will for me in Jesus' name! Col 1:13 ESV

Weekly Protection Covenant Declaration
Because I dwell in the secret place of the most High, I Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, And from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover me with his feathers, And under his wings shalt I trust: His truth shall be my shield and buckler. I shall not be afraid for the terror by night; Nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; Nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee throughout this week in Jesus' name!

Only with my eyes shalt I behold And see the wicked receive their rewards. Because I have made the LORD, my refuge, Even the most High, my habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For God shall give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all my ways. They shall bear me up in their hands, Lest I dash thy foot against a stone. I shall tread upon the lion and adder: The young lion and the dragon shalt I trample under feet. Because I have set my love upon God, therefore will He deliver me: He will set him on high, because I have known His name. I shall call upon Him, and He will answer me: He will be with me in trouble; He will deliver me, and honour me. With long life will God satisfy me, And shew me His salvation. So shall it be for me and my household throughout this week in Jesus' name!
