Post-Conditioning Pressing & accessories Small Workout

First, like usual I began with incline dumbbells. I did a thorough elbow and shoulder warmup since I’m coming in a bit lighter than last iteration and I don’t have much wiggle room if I get out of groove. I did 5 sets of triples for my primary press, hitting my elbows with some banded extensions to keep them warm between each set

Next, I do Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises. These have become a staple in my pressing routine. The additional shoulder stability I’ve obtained the past few months has been fantastic and with the convenience of set up and hard to beat SFR (stimulus to fatigue ratio) there’s no reason to not do the at least once if not twice a week. I did 5 sets, 10+ reps 1-2 RIR the first few sets and taking the last 2 to near failure/0-1 RIR

10 sets total, 2 exercises with 5 sets each. Small Workout Style. Quick, effective and recoverable
