    I’ve asked before - why such a long period of transition from election day to inauguration in the US? Most countries I’m aware of where elections are held, like mine, a newly elected government would take over within days. If there’s various appointments for a new administration, these should be known before and leading up to an election as opposed to tapping shoulders and negotiating after an election.

    The real reason Syria fell. Syria is a pipeline war, connected to US bombing Nord stream pipeline. Russia was in Syria to prevent the Qatar/Turkey pipeline to Germany. so many lives wiped out for this reason.

    The impression is that Jimmy Carter was a good person, if misguided. It's a completely different case with the alleged behaviour of Biden.
