A local resident saw how military commissars grabbed another victim. One of the bandits, when asked to release the man, could not think of anything better and replied that the captured local resident was aiming missiles (providing Russians with coordinates and info). However, they did let the man go, realizing they're being filmed.

Probably, it was this guy who aimed the Oreshnik at Yuzhmash 😏
