  • It's amazing how things have played out in Trump's favor. With this pardon, Trump has complete immunity from criticism about his pardons.

  • Could you explain the "prison chapel" remark?

  • It would be preferable if J6'ers were released because their incarceration was based on poor process, poor evidence and excessive inappropriate sentencing. Those processes won't be cleaned up if, they're not examined properly. Making America Great Again needs a fair reliable non persecutory legal system.

  • Honest question... Does the Presidential pardon power apply to military law?

  • Joe Biden didn't give his son a pardon, he gave him a set of "INDULGENCES" only the POPE could be proud of. Since when do we pardon people for crimes they haven't even been convicted of? That's medieval at worst or at best, "The Minority Report" kind of absurdity--only in reverse.

  • Great to see Raheem and Bannon together. Always intelligent conversation.

  • Is someone going to advocate for Daniel Penny? I think he more than deserves a pardon. We should be putting his name out there too.

  • I'm for immediate release of all J6ers without bail, revision of every process, and punishment of judges and prosecutors where violations of rights of the accused occurred. It's better to have them acquitted than pardoned with a criminal record still there. Even in the cases where crimes did occur, they were mostly misdemeanors with added completely unconstitutional politically motivated felony charges. These people have in any case been long enough in jail for using their 1st Amendment rights and should be compensated for it.
