In this 18 Minute Guided Meditation you'll learn to connect with your natural breath, letting go of habitual tensions and habits of controlling the breath. This practice allows your body to breathe freely and will help calm your mind and body. This meditation is spoken over a background of natural sounds, running water and nature.
