It was emphasised that single fighting men were pouring over the border at one time. Now it's families? Stop funding the NGO's, stop funding accommodation and phones and social income services for illegal immigrants. Does the deportation have to be quick? Dangerous immigrants, illegal immigrants relying on government support, illegal immigrants working in below standard wages (or tax businesses that use illegal immigrants as a workforce more). If the rate of entry has stopped, deportation can be slowish and measured, as long as the remaining ones aren't receiving government benefits.

Japan wasn't allowed to build up a war machine for a long time because 'it' was once a threat. Resuming a reasonable friendship with Russia should help to manage China. It was reported that at the debut of the Ukraine war, Russia's troops along the China/Russian border were far more substantial than those on the Ukraine/Russian border.
