Olathe police investigating overnight homicide

Police are investigating a homicide after an armed disturbance in the parking lot of a business in the 100 block of South Clairborne Road just before midnight. Officers were called to the scene about 11:45 on a reported disturbance, and upon arrival they discovered one person had been shot. The victim was transported, but died at an area hospital a short time later. Detectives gathered information that led then to a home at 153rd Terrace and Kenwood.
