Core, legs and shoulder

If you want to able to be as strong as Esteban 💪 (so you can throw you partner from one side to the other) then this is a great exercis for just that.

This kettlebell flow is going to help to build the strength and power that you need.

Try it for 3-6 sets and 10-15 reps each arm.
