Klayman was a Messianic Jew (the Tanakh is their text and they recognize Jesus as their Messiah) like Jovan Pulitzer and sortof a renegade communist who later converted to Christianity and styled himself as an anti communist, maybe genuinely, I don't know. He sued the Clintons often (he's still alive) and came out of SCOOP JACKSON'S OFFICE, which was groundzero for neocons on the govt side. Neocons are Communists LARPing as conservatives. When they first came into existence, they also wanted socialist domestic programs like FDR's and they sold themselves as conservatives by being opposed to crime, CultMarx and Great Society/LBJ-style socialism. They infiltrated the government during Nixon, Ford and Reagan, they were Bush's cabinet in it's entirety more-or-less and now they're all never-Trumpers.

There was some struggle for control in the CIA that the Neocons won in the 80's when Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney were promoted that's not easy to understand because both sides (before and after) were dominated by Skull-and-Bones. A group of Rumsfeld guys, then known as Team B, had a debate with junior CIA analysts that they won, arguing (falsely, it turned out) the CIA underestimated the USSR's nuclear ability and willingness to use it. After they won that debate, there was a big fallout and Bush became CIA director, etc, and a sizeable percentage of the CIA was fired.

Klayman had legal fights with the Bush Admin too, who he correctly said were communists. That was a long time ago and he's old now, and has no public presence.

When he was at Judicial Watch, Klayman did a LOT of work publicizing Dennis Montgomery, mainly on Newsmax AFAIK. I think Jeff O'Donnell hits the nail on the head here:

Montgomery's information is NUCLEAR. You see people calling him disinfo, no, they're either DS or they're trying to get close to people in the DS, or they don't know anything.

Judicial Watch used to cover DM, then Fitton pushed Klayman out and now they don't & Newsmax doesn't either. JG says Tom fooled Klayman into thinking he was a lawyer, they partnered, built a huge fund to buy an office and Fitton stole the money and the business, something like that. It's a familiar story and I think it must've had to do with Montgomery. Just guessing though.
