What defines lawful consent?

1. Full disclosure of the terms of the agreement
2. Free will

The Declaration of Independence states:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

We've lost sight of our DUTY.

It is our DUTY to be against, and fight against, and remove what is not aligned with our foundation.

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Where have you unknowingly given consent to BE governed:

The state certificate of live birth.
That is a parent pledging ownership of their child to the state.

That registration created the Birth Certificate, which commercialized the child into the LEGAL ENTITY owned by the state.

It's where THEY believe, you gave them CONSENT.

Vaccinating your child.

The world is under a bizarre assumption that the state can "make" you do this to participate in society.

This is totally beyond false.

A simple no thanks, I'm a living wo/man and it is my right to decline.

No "exemptions" needed.
You simply need to know how to EXPRESS your rights to get them.

As a living wo/man, the statutes and ordinances do not apply to you.

They only apply if you consent for the LEGAL ENTITY.
So simply stop doing that!

The words matter.
I've won every legal battle using this.

Applying for a driver's license.

It's actually an unconscionable contract where you are unknowingly consenting to giving up your right to travel, and you're volunteering to become a commercialized entity so they can get you for any violation of the codes.

They also BELIEVE AND PERCEIVE that when one has acquired the driver's license, you agreed to re-present that LEGAL ENTITY PERSON, which means they use that piece of plastic to have jurisdiction over you, as all the codes refer to "the person of".

This is so much more than just driving.
It's all of their rules.

Ask a judge!

The marriage license.

Why on earth would anyone pay the state for a piece of paper to get married? 🤣

That's also a contract where you unknowingly agree that the state is a third party in your union, and they own everything that is produced by that union, your house, your autos, and your BIOLOGICAL PROPERTY.

Your kids are owned by the state!

So while you're all spewing about "parent's rights", as you should, y'all ignore the root cause of the battle with the states.

All of the above!

I can prove this by a recorded CPS hearing I have recorded.

You're living IN THE PUBLIC.
Public registrations of all of this.

Then toss in an LLC, DBA, TIN, EIN, everything you think you need to put yourself in business, and BOOM!!!!

The state is your biz partner, and it's how they had the authority to tell you and your church to shut down for the p*and*mic.

And THAT is why I started studying this in 2020.

THIS is the root cause of where they derive their power over living men and women.

As per the Supreme Court Clearfield Doctrine ruling, a corporation requires your permission "to do business with you".

So when they come knocking to get their $591 per day "violation fee" from you on January 1st....

The reason they can collect, is because you unknowingly consented by ASKING the state for an LLC and permission to be in business, thus WAIVING YOUR RIGHT to private economic activity.
