Patsy Cline's Greatest Hits is a compilation consisting of American country pop music singer, Patsy Cline's greatest hits. The album consists of Cline's biggest hits between 1957 and 1963. It is one of the biggest-selling albums in the United States by any female country music artist.
Patsy Cline's Greatest Hits was released 4 years after her death in 1967 by Decca Records, Cline's longtime record label and the one with whom she'd had the most hits. Among its 12 tracks, the album contains seven of Cline's Top 10 country hits between 1957 and 1963. In 1971, MCA consolidated the New York-based Decca and Kapp subsidiary labels, plus the California-based Uni label into MCA Records based in Universal City, California. The 3 labels maintained their identities for a short time but were retired in favor of the MCA label in 1973.
Upon Cline's induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1973, the album was reissued by MCA Records and went gold all over again.
By 2005, the album had sold 10 million copies in the US, receiving a certification of 10× Multi-Platinum or Diamond by the RIAA.

A Collection: Greatest Hits...and More is the 4th greatest hits album recorded by American vocalist Barbra Streisand. It was released on October 3, 1989, by Columbia Records. The compilation features 10 songs from Streisand's career, dating from 1975 to 1988, plus 2 previously unreleased songs: "We're Not Makin' Love Anymore" was released as the album's lead single on September 14, 1989, and "Someone That I Used to Love" was distributed as the 2nd and final one in 1989. Both singles charted on several record charts internationally.
The compilation was executively produced by Streisand, Charles Koppelman, and Peter Matz. Commercially, it reached number 26 on the Billboard 200 in the US and topped the charts in both Norway and Sweden. It would later be certified for significant sales in 8 countries, including in the US where 2,000,000 copies were shipped.

Nothing but the Best is a 2008 compilation album by American singer Frank Sinatra. All the tracks on this album are recordings made when Sinatra was on his own Reprise label, thus the 1st track, "Come Fly with Me" is not the 1957 Capitol version. Other notable differences are "Strangers in the Night" has an extended fade out and the first cymbal hit is cut from the beginning of the "Theme from New York, New York", and previously unissued "Body and Soul."

It is the 1st Elvis Presley album to feature the remix of "A Little Less Conversation" by JXL that was released earlier in the year and reached No. 1 in the UK, Australia and went on to become a number-one hit in over 20 countries.
By 2003, the album had received certifications in more than 15 regions and had sold millions of copies worldwide. Its most recent certification, a 6× Platinum award, for US sales in excess of 6 million copies, was announced by the RIAA on March 8, 2018.

It is the 1st career-spanning compilation of John's music since the release of Rocket Man: The Definitive Hits in 2007. It was released to commemorate the 50 years of John's work with lyricist Bernie Taupin. Although their collaboration began in 1967, the oldest hit in the album is "Your Song", from John's eponymous 1970 album.

The UK album contains tracks from the beginning of his solo career in 1970 up to the newly recorded "Once Upon a Long Ago" (released as single from this album) along with other non‐album singles "C Moon", "Another Day", "Goodnight Tonight", "Mull of Kintyre".
All the Best! was a commercial success in the UK, where it reached number 2. In America, the compilation peaked at number 62, although it was eventually certified double platinum there.

It contains a selection of songs from the band's 1st four albums, which were released from 1972 to 1975. On the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, the album reached number one, where it stayed for five weeks.
The RIAA has certified the album 38 times platinum, indicating sales of 38 million copies in America alone, which would make Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) the best-selling album of the 20th century in the US. In 2017, the album was selected by the Library of Congress for preservation in the National Recording Registry as being "culturally, historically, or artistically significant."

The Beatles 1962–1966, also known as the Red Album, is a compilation album of hit songs by the English rock band the Beatles, spanning the years indicated in the title.
The compilation, along with its counterpart, with an expanded track listing was rereleased on 10 November 2023.
The 12 additional tracks are: "I Saw Her Standing There", "Twist and Shout", "This Boy", "Roll Over Beethoven", "You Really Got a Hold on Me", "You Can't Do That", "If I Needed Someone", "Taxman", "Got to Get You into My Life", "I'm Only Sleeping", "Here, There and Everywhere", and "Tomorrow Never Knows". Additionally, the version of "Love Me Do" with Ringo Starr on drums, originally issued only on first pressings of the 1962 UK single, replaced the version with Andy White on drums and Starr on tambourine formerly used for this compilation.
Thirty out of the 38 songs on the album received a new stereo mix, while the remaining eight used mixes from the 2022 Revolver: Special Edition set. On the vinyl edition, the first two LPs retain the track list of the 1973 release, with the additional tracks placed on a third LP.

The Beatles 1967–1970, also known as the Blue Album, is a compilation album of songs by the English rock band the Beatles, spanning the years indicated in the title. A double LP, it was released with The Beatles 1962-1966 (the "Red Album") in April 1973.
The compilation, along with its counterpart, with an expanded track listing was rereleased on 10 November 2023.
The nine additional tracks are: "Within You Without You", "Dear Prudence", "Glass Onion", "Blackbird", "Hey Bulldog", "Oh! Darling", "I Want You (She's So Heavy)", "I Me Mine", and "Now and Then".
Six tracks ("I Am the Walrus", "The Fool on the Hill", "Magical Mystery Tour", "Revolution", "Hey Bulldog", and "Old Brown Shoe") received new stereo mixes for this release. The stereo mixes for the remaining tracks were sourced from those created for the following previously released album reissues: 1 (2015), Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band: 50th Anniversary Edition (2017), The Beatles: 50th Anniversary Edition (2018), Abbey Road: 50th Anniversary Edition (2019), and Let It Be: Special Edition (2021). On the vinyl edition, the first two LPs retain the track list of the 1973 release, with the additional tracks placed on a third LP. The vinyl edition come in both standard and coloured vinyl with each compilation's respective colours.

Sladest is a compilation album by the British glam/rock band Slade. In 1973, Slade were one of the most popular bands in Britain. While recording their next studio album, Old New Borrowed and Blue, Slade decided to release a compilation album to maintain the band's momentum. So the album was released by Polydor on 28 September 1973 and was certified UK Silver by BPI that month. It remained in the charts for 24 weeks. The album was certified UK Gold by BPI in November 1973. In America, Sladest was released by Reprise and featured a significantly different track listing. It reached No. 129 on the Billboard 200.
