    I did not know it was a real guy, lol. Cub was adorable. I agree, stupid name. Found out my neighbor is a " Roof" lawyer. He is going to send them a letter. He thinks they might negotiate and not want to take this through litigation. We started the process today. They have 10 days to get back to him. Thanks for asking.
