After some boss struggles, we take a semi-short break with reconfiguring our first settlement and attempting to upgrade our equipment. However, ore is our biggest issues to both find and refine, so we'll need a new base location. After failing to properly defeat and capture some bosses, we gear up once again to try for another run, but with more braincells. An extra half of one! Feeling confident and happy with what we got going at the first base, we decide to take our chances and go for a boss rush raid! Still settling in to our new base and fixing its foundations, we decide that using the regular glider is boring. So a hunt to find us an American Birb is the sensible alternative to getting around. While wanting to rush through for the good-goods, we are set back by having to do random tasks to level both ourselves and the base, working to get a foundation set up and more Paldians to give us free resources. Weirdly, they CAN help at the base, but choose NOT TO, especially with hacking since they get stuck and still get job done. Welcome... to PALWORLD (on PS5)! Weird how during the events of some legal dispute, this game would make its way, while still in EARLY ACCESS, to Sony's platform. So of course, I wasted no time--only money--getting it JUST for us to have fun doing terrible things PETA would have us do prison time for. :3 We must begin our journey as a lone wolf looking for vixens to "capture" and battle to conquer the lands, and we will hunt until the "shinies" are all that's left of the Paldians.
