In this video, we do a 20-rep warm-up & then 6 hamstring stretches for 5 breaths twice. The 6 stretches are a forward bend, a wide-leg forward bend, single leg standing hamstring stretch, a cross leg hamstring stretch, a bent knee (supine) hamstring stretch, & a seated forward bend.
