Ed Solomon 7-27-24- NV easiest State to Understand the Math but Records Blocked by Law-FORCED CERT'N

Solomon reverse engineered the algorithm that distributes fraud across precincts. He says it's more accurately a "neural network" or a Machine Learning (subset of AI where machines learn on their own without direction) program.
Clark or Washburn County commissioner (/Vegas or Reno, I didn't hear) did NOT want to certify the 2024 primary vote and he was forced to under threat of imprisonment, as seen in Mohave County AZ:

NV law is the records can't be seen unless 1. the election is contested and 2. a judge makes discretionary decision to check the records, so the NV SoS and AG forced this county commissioner to certify, thereby preventing condition 1.

Some of Solomon's work makes sense if you take the time to map it out and think about it, others look very hard to understand if you don't have advanced knowledge in math.
