Connect With Your Breath - Day 5 - 30 Days of Chair Yoga - Breathwork/Meditation - 15 Minutes Seated

Welcome to Day 5 of the 30 Day Chair Yoga Journey! Today is our first break from the exercises and stretches. In this Class, we focus on belly breathing or Diaphragmatic breathing for the Breath work portion, and then we learn to meditate using our natural breath.

This is a Fully Seated 15 Minute Class. You'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterward:) Let me Know how it goes for you in the Comments.
