Daniel Kish's Story

This was the reality for Daniel Kish, who lost his sight at a young age. Instead of succumbing to despair, he harnessed his challenges, Daniel developed an extraordinary ability to “see” using echolocation, a technique where he makes clicking sounds with his tongue and listens to the echoes that bounce off objects around him This allows him to navigate the world with remarkable independence.
Daniel didn’t stop there. He founded a non-profit organization called World Access for the Blind, through which he teaches other blind individuals to use echolocation.
