50. The REALLY No Damn Choice Workout, Friday, September 20,2024

Yea/ My hamstring inside my leg right by my nutsack is sticking to the inside of my leg. Added to that, my weakness in my groin where I would be getting a hernia is coming back. Add to that my back has been aching more. And my back especially around the top of my butt is getting really stiff like the muscles there want to do a 'SEE YA!" sometime in the near future. Add to that the tops of my hands are aching. Add ALL of that together and that adds up to God slapping my dumb ass head right across the face and telling me to get back on the floor and do this damn workout every damn day. I do not want to tear a groin muscle or a hamstring. I do not want to get a hernia. I do not want a doctor to do to me what they did to my next brother up from me and get me addicted to pain meds. Fuck that. So, the smart thing is FOR ME... is to try to do this workout everyday.... every damn day. The NO DAMN CHOICE WORKOUT IS BACK. WITH A VENGENCE.
