It's been a wild couple of weeks. I finally got moving my wife's massive haul of craft stuff and clothes to her best friend's house. They know several hundred women who can benefit from those great clothes and craft stuff. Her two friends are unusual, very great people. They are spectacularly social people who care deeply about their families and friends all the way through. It is wonderful to know that none of this stuff will go to waste. It will all find a new home, in numerous places, very soon. I have no doubt that Wanda would have approved of this. I also remember a first-person shooter game I used to play called Unreal Tournament. All I played in that was Deathmatch. Grab a weapon and start killing the other players as fast as you can. Mixed into that was players using bots to cheat and pinging you away from the game, so you had a real disadvantage against them. But the fun part was using their need to cheat against them. To dig a hole inside of their soul and take a massive crap on their mind, every damn time the game restarted. That was a fun damn game to play. And.... I got the workout done. Good thing too. My body is telling me it does not like me missing workouts for days. I better listen to my body and start being better about doing the workout more consistently. Have a great Sunday everyone. Yea, those ham and cheese fries were like heaven. And those frozen Uno pies were, well, not. lol. But it was a fun Victory meal anyway. And we thank the Good Lord for being with us every day through the fast and everyday as well. I hope you all have a great Friday. Just as a note. This is the second time I have uploaded this video. I uploaded it on 12:30 a.m. on Thursday August 8 and it just sat in server purgatory. So, I have uploaded it again, at 3:30 a.m. Friday August 9 and deleted the word UNO out of the title. Well, here we are. Seven days of not eating any solid food. Still going to work. Still earning a living. I moderated my fast with as low a carb drinks as I could find. But the star of this fast was that Kombucha drink. Right when I was really low, just a few sips of that brought me back. Twice. And drinking the Deer Park after the sip of Kombucha made it work faster. The bootom line of that is to drink it in a shot glass. Do not guzzle it like a soda. My going number two has stopped. Which makes me feel great. Yesterday was a busy day for number twos but I guess we finally emptied things out. I feel pretty good. My insides, my stomach and intestines, feel great. And the workout adds a level of happiness to the whole thing that I really appreciate. So, I hope you are encouraged to just stop things from getting out of shape in the first place and going to do some exercises yourself. Have a wonderful Thursday everyone.

Been a very busy day at work. I was blessed all day with the Lord helping me out at crucial times to get places and get things done. We are on our way through to Day Seven now. My insides feel way better every time I do these fasts. I am always amazed at how many days goes by and I can still poop solid stuff. Anyway, have a wonderful Wednesday everyone.

The day is o.k. now but from 12 pm to about 6 pm it was a real challenge. Thankfully, I got through it. But that's five days no solid food. On to day six. Have a great Tuesday everyone.

I went to this job, as my last job of the day driving a 26-foot box truck. There was no way to get that truck up the side of this mountain without destroying the truck, me and my coworker. The road was, at places, at a forty-five-degree angle going up the side of a mountain for about three quarters of a mile. It was a complete nightmare to get up and down the mountain. Thankfully, the customers wife came home and drove me up to the house on the second trip because, of course, I left some tools I needed at the truck because the chair was being a complete mofo to repair. This was one of the most physically tough jobs ever had to go to in forty-six years of working. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Yea, drinking any sugared beverage, while on a fast, comes with a cost. That high up energy comes with a steep energy fall later. I was in the middle of the fall when I started this video, and it just would not stop. Thankfully, later I was able to do the workout. I talked about a lot of different subjects here. Fast Day One is over, and it's been a challenge, From 100 degree heat to desks that were a pain in the ass to take apart and rebuild, to not having a bunch of energy on tap to do anything. I thought I would pass on this workout. But I'd done that for a lot of days already and I could feel the injury on its way if I didn't get back on the exercise program and stop it. So with the Good Lord's help we struggled through it. I can confirm that it is better to never stop working out then to take an extended break from a workout program. Anyway,this one is under the belt, and we move on to tomorrow. Have a great Friday everyone.

I videoed this sometime in late June of 2024. This was just a massive brand-new Ford pickup I would love to own. But what a complete nightmare to park ANYWHERE.

This was a challenge. But with the help of the Good Lord, we got it done. I've had to learn my lesson about sugared drinks on a fast all over again. but it is lesson learned. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Next door to me is a small house, just like my own, that is probably 70 years old. For about thirty years, this little house did not have much upkeep done to it. Then the wonderful owners both passed away and the house went to their relatives to process and sell. Those new owners simply did not have the money or resources to put into this little gem all the money, time and effort the new owners put into this house. The equivalent of one hundred thousand dollars in time effort and material went into this house and the adjoining garage to make as beautiful as it is today. I thank the wonderful people who bought it for all the great work they did, as the house which sits next to my house, is truly a pleasure to look at now. This is the right way to fix an old house. If you can afford to do it. But many people can't. The second-best thing is to buy a house redone with this level of craftsmanship. What a great job. I just thought I would show the great work all of these great workers did on this old house. She is really beautiful now and will stay that way for decades to come.

Yea...the scumbags at Google really hate the American people and their Constitutional Rights. Google just despises YOU. Well...when Google/YouTube deletes any video, they forfeit ANY right to ANY control over that video anywhere else in the world. You still control YOUR rights to that video. They lose any of their rights to that video. Google/YouTube just gave you the content to start your Rumble channel. And they cannot do a damn thing about content they themselves deleted.
