Did you know there are 5 different reasons for why you have Joint Pain?

I. Collagen Loss: is the most common reason for joint pain.
- This happens with older age due to wear and tear as you lose the cartilage in your joints.
Solution: Take Collagen Powder, eat more protein, and take Glucosamine Chondroitin, Glycine.

II. Calcification: Occurs when bone or calcium is forming inside of your joints where cartilage should be leading to pain and reduced mobility.
