In this 33-month study, 94 Type 2 Diabetics out of 186 were put into Remission by
following a Lower Carb Diet their first year.
- Study by [Dr. David Unwin]
- Average A1C, Cholesterol LDL, Triglycerides, Weight, and Blood Pressure all went down.
- Those who did not get into Remission had great improvements overall too.
For example, replacing breakfast cereals, rice, bread and potatoes with, full- fat dairy, eggs, green leafy
vegetables, meat, fish, berries and nuts (with sensitivity to each patient’s sociocultural dietary needs and
preferences).
- People were able to stop taking Metformin and get off of other drugs.
- May 2021, British Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition recommends that Overweight
Type 2 Diabetics try a temporary Low-Carb Diet. 50g-130g
Why do the British care so much?
- Universal Healthcare System called National Health Service.
- Is not cheap for the government nor efficient.

Alzheimer's Disease is Type 3 Diabetes?
Why? Because Type 2 Diabetics tend to get Alzheimer's Disease.
Similarly, The problems stem from too much sugar which may lead to
Insulin Resistance. Insulin is required for the brain to protect Neurons.

Eventually, over time, the Glucose receptors in the brain cannot pass Glucose through

10 Tips to Sleep BETTER (Anyone Can do THIS)
Here are 10 tips to help you sleep better.
1. Sleep in a room with colder temperature.
There are also bed sheets to reduce the heat retention of your bed.
2. Don't drink too much water before bed.
3. Don't eat 4 hours before bed, especially Sugar or Caffeine.
4. Avoid bright lights before bed. TV, Phone Screen, etc.
5. Use Blue Light blocking glasses after the sun goes down
if you plan to watch TV or use your devices.
6. Use Night Mode on your Phone and Computer (F.lux)
7. Turn off your TV, Tape up LED lights in your room, and
use Blackout curtains to sleep in a pitch black room.
8. Use dim light bulbs instead of Bright light bulbs when the sun goes down.
9. Write down problems to worry about tomorrow.
10. Don't drink any caffeine after noon.
I did not add Melatonin supplementations. This is because our body can naturally produce this Hormone to sleep
when we are in the dark and while mitigating the effects of blue light tricking our brain into thinking there is
still daylight.
Melatonin supplements can reduce our body's ability to naturally produce Melatonin, as the body becomes dependent
on exogenous intake.

1. Soluble Fiber is like a sponge in its capacity to absorb water, swells within our digestive tracts.
- This expansion not only promotes a sense of fullness, curbing unnecessary caloric intake, but also works to
moderate blood sugar levels.
2. Insoluble Fiber cannot dissolve in water, yet embarks differently.
- Like a broom sweeping clean a cluttered room, insoluble fiber sweeps through the digestive tract,
preventing constipation by adding bulk to stool and expediting its passage.
3. Fiber can act as a prebiotic fiber to feed your gut bacteria microbiome.
- Gut bacteria may produce Serotonin, Melatonin, Vitamin K2, Vitamin B9, and Butyrate for energy.
4. Fiber may help you detox better by absorbing your bile. Your Liver puts toxic metabolic by-products
into your bile.
- Fiber helps bind to bile to prevent Enterohepatic Recirculation of Bile, to poop more out.
5. Some people who go Carnivore, may benefit from not eating any fiber, helping with their constipation.
- This may help support the gut wall junctions and help with SIBO. Takes about 3 weeks to 3 months, depending.
- Can take Psyllium Husk to detox and poop better once the Gut Wall and SIBO has been healed.

All Protein is NOT the same! (Why Plant Protein SUCKS & Makes you MENTAL)
Did you know all protein is NOT the same?
Plant Protein is NOT a better source of protein than Animal Protein!
The quality of a Protein is measured by its Amino Acids. Protein is called the build block for our body but
Amino Acids determine the blocks of Protein required to build what our body needs.
You body is NOT what is eats, your body is what is it able to absorb AND UTILIZE.
DIAAS (Digestible Indispensable Amino Acid Score) measures how much Protein can be absorbed from the food you eat.
- It is a better and more holistic metric than PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility-Correct Amino Acid Score).
- Animal Protein has high values of Absorption and Utilization
- The only Plant Protein that has a decent score is Chickpeas.
Animal Protein like Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Bison, and Milk are Complete Proteins
which means they have all the required Amino Acids we need to live, and more!
Here are some Amino Acids we NEED to eat because the body cannot make it
1. Isoleucine (A LOT)
2. Leucine (A LOT)
3. Lysine (A LOT)
4. Methionine (Detox and Mineral Absorption)

- Most importantly you need good quality complete protein for Mental Health support
as the body needs to make Neurotransmitters for Brain Function like Dopamine, Serotonin, Melatonin.

If you get [Heart Burn] Acid Reflux [GERD] (WATCH THIS VIDEO)!
Why do I get Acid Reflux?
- Why do people get Acid Reflux? Because their stomach acid is too Alkaline.
- Stomach acid should be of an Acidic pH value between 1.5 to 3.5.
- The Alkaline Diet does not work because it will lead to poor digestion.
- Unable to properly breakdown food with a high pH will reduce your
stomach acid's ability to kill Pathogens (Bacteria & Parasites) and carry on
undigested food which may lead to Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).
- Stomach Acid that is acidic will breakdown your food without feeling the discomfort of Acid Reflux.
- The Parietal cells in your stomach will secrete Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)
- Activate Enzymes to breakdown your food like Pepsin, Amylase, Lipase, and other enzymes.
- The reason our stomach does not eat itself is because Pepsinogen is the UNACTIVATED form

- So what do I do to help my Digestion and Reduce Acid Reflux?
- Stop eating lots of Alkaline rich foods like Grains, Breads, Pastas, Pastries,
Lemons, Limes, Onions, Tomatoes.
- This may be why some feel Acid Reflx after they eat Pizza with Tomato Sauce.
- Eat a more simple diet with meat from an elimination diet for a few weeks.
- Take Apple Cider Vinegar if you feel this helps with your digestion.
- Some do great with taking Betaine HCL Supplements to rebalance their
stomach acid.
- Take more Zinc which is needed to produce more stomach acid, if deficient.
- Potassium Chloride helps with this too.
