Kim Jong Un visits rarely seen nuclear facility

DPRK state media has released images of Kim Jong Un visiting a nuclear weapons institute, a facility rarely seen by outsiders. The photos were accompanied by reports that Kim had called for an ‘exponential increase’ in nuclear weapons, and that he had praised the development of centrifuge technology to create weapons-grade nuclear material.

In a separate report, Kim was also pictured overseeing a rocket test in an undisclosed location, and trying out various firearms at a special forces display.
