But like many "flash in the pan" celebrities, he squanders his opportunities and soon finds that his fifteen minutes are up. Desperate to get back on top., or at least earn some money, Frank is offered an opportunity that he hopes will turn things around. The producer of Terror is Reality, invite him to appear as a special guest. Down on his luck and thinking thing s couldn't get any worse, he heads to Fortune City to get back in the spotlight.

In Fortune Park, Frank finds a Slicecycle and examines it, when Chuck appears, carrying a doll on his back and tells Frank to get away from his bike.

Frank returns to the Safe House after Stacey calls to inform him that she's found something in the monitors. A young man is seen dragging a female victim.

Frank arrives at Cucina Donnacci, and spots Chef Antoine. Randy Tugman, an obese man is holding his father hostage along with a woman in a wedding dress, attempting to force his father to marry them just so he could have sex with her.

Stacey spotted a mascot lying in a pool of blood in the Palisades Mall. When Frank returns to the Security Room, he discusses what he knows so far with Rebecca. As they question TK's motives, the group feels an explosion from outside.

Frank finds Carl trying to complete a delivery at a Royal Flush Plaza shop, but the postman is having trouble finding someone to hand the package to. Four redneck men have taken matters into their own hands with a mission to rid America of certain groups of people.

Frank found hanged bodies and Seymour Redding security guard who has taken the zombie outbreak as an opportunity to act as de facto sheriff.

Frank friends a female singer on a stage holding three people hostages with a bomb device.

Having obtained the one million dollars to free Rebecca from TK and his goon, Frank cautiously approaches the entrance door to the Shoal Nightclub. Frank meets Evan, a cheery ice cream vendor and clown who, is attacks Frank to avenge his brother's death. Frank and Rebecca travel to the Fortune City Hotel roof to stop TK from escaping in a helicopter.

Frank arrives at Atlantica Casino's theater to find two magicians. They then ask for a volunteer, then brings out a tied-up woman and they attempt to impress "everybody" by sawing her in half.

Both Frank and Rebecca are on the rooftops of Slot Ranch Casino in order to capture the moment of the military's arrival.

After repairing the safehouse's door controls and stopping the invading zombies, Frank run across TK, under attack from a lone zombie straggler. After securing TK once more, Frank reviews some of the footages that Rebecca shot while down in the underground tunnels.

Frank returns to the safe house after finding a laptop underground, which implicates Phenotrans as being behind the Fortune City Outbreak. Rebecca prepares to call her news station to send rescue helicopters, she is shot by a traitor in the group, Stacey Forsythe.

Inside the Safe House, Frank is clueless as to what to do next. Then TK's voice suddenly shouts from a nearby radio, who reveals he has taken Rebecca hostage.
