Jon Bon Jovi helps save suicidal woman on bridge

Jon Bon Jovi and a member of his crew were seen approaching, and eventually saving, a woman getting ready to jump from a bridge over Nashville’s Cumberland River on Tuesday. Bon Jovi were filming a music video on the bridge, which had been left open to the public, when a video production assistant spotted the woman and approached her. The singer joined them, and they were able to persuade the woman to climb back over the railing, before giving her a hug.

Footage of the incident was released by Nashville Police, who expressed their thanks to the pair of Good Samaritans, and said, ‘It takes all of us to help keep each other safe.’

Mr Jovi has not yet commented on the incident.
