Five years after the Willamette Incident, former motocross champion Chuck Greene take part in Terror is Reality, a controversial American Gladiators-like game show for the purpose of raising funds to buy Zombrex for his daughter, Katey, who was bitten by her zombified mother in the precious outbreak.

After giving Katey her Zombrex, Chuck search around Fortune City for survivors.

Chuck discovers he has been framed as the perpetrator to the zombie outbreak in the city. Seeking to clear his name, he enlists the help of Stacy as well as the Channel 6 news reporter, Rebecca Chang, who was the one who reported the incriminating evidence.

"Leon confronts Chuck in front of the arena, revealing to Chuck that despite his hostility, he was a massive dan of Chuck during his motocross days, but now believes Chuck to have gone soft." "Chuck finds an insane CURE activist named Brandon Whittaker getting ready to feed a girl to a zombie."

"Chuck returns to the Safe House to see if Stacy's found anything on her monitors. Chuck notices some movement in the Underground Tunnels." Tastes Like Chicken: "Chuck arrives at Cucina Donnacci, where he spots Chef Antoine. Thinking Chuck is his long-awaited reporter and offers Chuck the best meal ever, and one made from human flesh."

"Chuck returns to the Safe House to check in with Stacey. After a brief conversation with Stacey and Rebecca about TK's plans, an explosion is felt by the group." Everyone Knows Slappy: "Stacey has spotted a Kid's Choice Clothing mascot lying in a pool of blood in the Palisades Mall. Upon arriving to the store, Chuck meets the second mascot, Slappy."

Here Come the Groom: "Randy Tugman is an obese man in a fetish costume wielding a Giant Chainsaw, holding his father hostage along with a woman. Attempting to force his father to marry them just so he could have sex with her." The Source: "Chuck arrives at the Shoal Nightclub to meet Rebecca and her source, only to find the club empty." Mail Order Zombrex: "Cuck finds Carl trying to complete a delivery at a Royal Flush Plaza shop, but the post man is having trouble finding someone to hand the package to."

Chuck finds three people, loitering in the Atlantica Casino. They will not budge from their position without a game of poker."

WWJWD?: "Chuck finds hanged bodies by the under-construction statue. Then Seymour Redding appears and claims that he is the one who makes the laws in the city since the outbreak." Militia Men: "Four redneck men haven taken matters into their own hands with a mission to rid America of certain groups of people."

Chuck meets Bibi Love on stage holding three hostages with a bomb device.

After defeating the twins and rescuing Rebecca, she informs Chuck that TK may be planning to leave the city.

After repairing the sage house's door controls and stopping the invading zombies, Chuck runs into TK, who has somehow gotten free of his restraints and is under attack from a lone zombie straggler. After securing TK once more, Chuck reviews some of the footage that Rebecca shot while down in the underground tunnels, when he notices that the gas is coming from the underground.

Sullivan has escaped the Safe House and is fleeing Fortune City with the evidence that can clear Chuck's name. OVERTIME MODE: Inside the Safe House, Chuck sits clueless as to what to do next. He picks up a transmission from TK, who reveals he has taken Katey and Stacey hostage, and directs Chuck to the Fortune City Arena.

Chuck Greene flees Las Vegas with his daughter Katey after an outbreak occurs, his wife dying at some point during it. In need of fuel and looking to stock up on supplies, Chuck and Katey stop at the gas station in the small desert town of Still Creek.

Immediately after giving his daughter Zombrex, he meets the psychotic mechanic, Jed Wright.

After Chuck is left behind, he is eventually confronted by Frank West on the rooftop of the Fortune City Emergency Shelter. After a brief exchange, Frank reveals that there is a Phenotrans Facility to the west of Fortune City and hopes to uncover some details about the outbreak there.

Frank's source suggests Frank and Chuck to reavel to the director's office to find evidence to clear Chuck's name.

The source has downloaded the evidence but need Frank and Chuck to break in and let him escape.
