Derek Prince Short Sermon Clip African American Church Needs Deliverance from Generational Curses. Derek starts of by saying that he is not racist and he has an adopted black daughter. He states their ancestors were taken as slaves. He finds that most black Christians can only get so far and they hit a wall. He states that African Americans have been politically emancipated but have never been spiritually emancipated. He feels that they are still under a spirt of slavery. And Paul states that we are no longer slaves. Slavery in this case is a legalistic culture which he feels most black churches have. So the spirit of slavery have never been dealt with and as a group they have never been set free. Derek Prince ministries has been a pioneer in deliverance ministry for decades and he knows this from praying over thousands of people.
