AK54 12 min Interval training HIIT FULL BODY ABS workout handstand

Todays workout is a quick tabata style interval training (HIIT) workout:
20 sec work
10 sec rest
1. plank star jumps
2. chaturanga plus plank jumps (jumping feet to wrists and back)
3.elbow to knee ab crunch
4.opposite side
5. squat jumps OR forward jump and two small back jumps
6. shoulder press to handstand jump
This workout was done after a full day of hiking so I didn't have enough strength for yoga ... and yes, yoga takes a lot more energy to perform than interval training does so I figured I will work on a sequence that supports both my yoga practice and my cardiovascular endurance.
