Cullen: Who was the Woman Hit in the Hand/Forearm? Where was she?

Figuring out the bullet trajectories. She appears to have been near Comparatore which is the other bleachers to the North, not the one where the railing was shot.

The witnesses are Donna Hutz & Dr. Joseph Meyn. Meyn looks like a crisis actor. Hutz and her son were interviewed by Goodman, very different info than everyone else is giving, you can watch that here:
