When the scripture says YAH will choose Jerusalem again, it's saying YAH will choose Israel again. Jerusalem is a people and a place, but Jerusalem is a people before a place. Israel is the city of Jerusalem, the city of YAH's peace; Ezekiel 48:31 "the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel." Israel is Jerusalem and Jerusalem is Israel. Daniel 9:19 "O YAH, hear; O YAH, forgive; O YAH, hearken and do; defer not, for Your own sake, O my Father: for Your city and Your people are called by Your Name." As YAH will choose Jerusalem/Israel again, there will also be an exodus again: Isaiah 11:11-12 "...it shall come to pass in that day, that YAH shall set his hand AGAIN THE SECOND TIME to recover the remnant of His people (Israel), which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth." Yes, Isaiah 11:11-12 is referring to the Second Exodus when YAH will gather the Israelites/the black slave descendants scattered throughout the world during the Transatlantic Slave Trade, et cetera and return them to the promised land. Psalms 68:22-23 "...I (YAH) will bring My people (Israel) AGAIN from the depths of the sea: that your foot may be dipped in the blood of your enemies, and the tongue of your dogs in the same." Isaiah 61:7-10 "Thus shall they (the Israelites) inherit the land A SECOND TIME, and everlasting joy shall be upon their head. For I am YAH who love righteousness, and hate robberies of injustice; and I will give their labour to the just, and will make an everlasting covenant with them. And their seed shall be known among the gentiles (nations), and their offspring in the midst of peoples: every one that sees them shall take notice of them, that they are a seed blessed of YAH; and they shall greatly rejoice in YAH...." The everlasting covenant that YAH just referred to in Isaiah 61:8 (also known as the new covenant) has nothing whatsoever to do with the FALSE new testament of christianity. Jeremiah 31:33 "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says YAH, I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their Father, and they shall be My people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know YAH: for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says YAH: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more." YAH's new covenant WITH ISRAEL is also mentioned in Jeremiah 32:40--Jeremiah 32:40-42 says, "...I will make an everlasting covenant with them (the Israelites), that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from Me. Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with My whole heart and with My whole soul. For thus says YAH; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them."
