Have you ever heard of Mark Twain’s timeless quotation: “It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog”? Well, this cute little nugget of a chihuahua is bursting with it!

In one corner we have a strapping Great Dane. Great Danes were originally bred for hunting wild boar, the vilest of pray. It is a working breed that comes in great sizes and, for the purpose, has a powerful, well-formed, smoothly muscled body.

In the other corner, we have a Chihuahua, the smallest of all dog breeds, bred to be a toy or lap dog, carried around in fancy purses and petted at parties. However, it has an outsize personality, all dog, fully capable of competing in dog sports such as agility and obedience, and is among the top 10 watchdogs recommended by experts.

Only barely a few days since its graduation from the puppy litter, the tiny chihuahua strong instinct pushes it to take the role of the tough leader in the doggy pack, even if, in this buddy’s case, the pack is made of only two, and even more though, if the other member is many times its size!

Our tiny hero tries to flaunt its chihuahua personality without a flinch, without the least hesitation, no matter if it sounds and looks as fierce and intimidating as a squeaky toy. The body language is adorable: trying to push into the Great Dane's ego space, guarding its territory against the giant. The stubborn character and will power are exactly what runs in its veins, and that is always key to success!
