At last, we reach the end of our driving horror experience with Car-Girlfriend, learning nothing other than that anomalies are very annoying. But that's okay, we adore them all the same, minus the Rocks--because Rocks are the Devil. Yet still, we must say goodbye to Car-Girlfriend as we head to the place where it all began. And with this last ride, we do so in style, by first not actually driving, then glitching, then later cheating our way to the best engine in the game and doing 360s for the funz. For a long as we've been roaming the anomaly wasteland that is The Olympic Peninsula, I never figured there would come a immensely emotional moment... We test out what evils the Tourists wrought, and find it's still not enough for me to care, until they get themselves a BUS! We then take the bumper shielding unit to the deep zone, but forget to use it as we're tasked with running for our lives after BORROWING some gigantic pearls. With another run out into the zone to get supplies and materials for upgrades, we take our ride for a spin against some new elements of destruction, under a new set of electric horsepower. Needing more stuff to make stuff to further make stuff that needs extra stuffs, we head even further into the mid-zone in an attempt to understand how to get to the inner-MORE DANGEROUS-zone. Hoping to make a "simple" trip, we try for a few locations, only to end up making things a Facebook status [complicated]. This comes with having to head into a series of extreme weather conditions that make us deal with lightning speed (literally), and bounce pads (not quite so literally). Feeling the need to be brave and cause a panic between myself and my car, we head into TWO zones now, one not anywhere near dangerous and the other so dangerous they even had the nerve to call upon ROCKS (who also popped my tire)! That said, within the danger lies something worth the struggle; Red Balls! More specifically, the ThermalSap Crystal and some Unstable Energy that I need for upgrades. After taking a dump, we scratch some records to better learn that an old lady won't help us, forcing us to get in a small grind to find some stuff outside of the normal field trips. We get better cell reception to learn that we still need to find and scan things, all the while two dudes yell at one another and also about a girl they basically never really interacted with. Although a little unprepared, we trek into deeper portions of our region to attempt to puncture the mid-zone. We experience some annoying anomalies, some actually doing damage to our beautiful ride, while others just kind of do things while either not being present or not doing things WHILE present. And in the end, we have a near-death experience that almost takes some of our car with it, all for us to unlock a bathroom! Continuing to learn how things work, we get ourselves to mark a path to the next main mission. We expect to handle the objective, but get forced into side-tracking and picking up crazy pills' powers, some involving the tourists that can't handle us driving when they've no sets of wheels of their own. Although we've learn how to handle clearing out one "Quirk" in the car, we cannot understand how to find the second that's wandering in our headlights. Yet that doesn't matter as much as keeping our doors secure. In an attempt to make our girl prettier, we gather our wits about us and head into the unknown once more, purely to get extra upgrade energy sources. We are thrown into the deep end now to swim through the crazy terrain shifting world of The Exclusion Zone. We--mostly I--don't have any clue what to do, other than poke around the garage and random cars parked along the roads on our journeys. Having absolutely not clue as to what I'm doing or what I'm supposed to do, or even for that matter what's worth my time and what isn't, we get our car ready for a nice chaotic drive through some abnormal regions that have a giant random red ball of death in the center. However, it's not the giant red ball of death we need to worry about, it's the sneaky rocks and their ability to hide nukes in the ground, which nearly ends my run. Yet our girl is a beast and doesn't even flinch--we just get to learn how bouncy suspension would feel like in a station wagon.
