humming reduces anxiety more than sleep

If you are anything like me you know that sleep can be a lousy reset when you are anxious.

only fall asleep out of exhaustion.

wake up to a bucket load of cortisol.

Aum/om breathing has been shown to be more effective than sleep in turning the gears over from fight, flight to rest, digest play and procreate.

In doing so it has also been shown to increase sleep quality, cognitive functioning and naturally mood benefits from that.

All from as little as 5 minutes.

In the hectic world we live at the moment, not a bad trade off.
