Today unite with the eternal changeless truth of a person you have yet to forgive. When you think of them, instead of judging them as the ego demands, each and every time you think of them send them a silent prayer/blessing: “My sister, today I have consciously chosen my independence from the ego. Please forgive me for the negative things I have thought and said about you. That was not my truest/highest self. Sister, from the deepest part of my heart, from the birthplace of my soul, I now choose to see you exactly as God/Source created you. From the deepest part of my heart, from the birthplace of my soul I now make you a promise, I will never again allow a judgmental thought about you to remain unchallenged within my mind. I will never again utter another negative word about you without immediately asking our Creator for forgiveness, and for assistance in allowing me to see you through His/Her eyes. Sister, I was blind, but now I see. Father/Mother, I thank you for offering me the opportunity to once again choose peace. I thank you for offering me another chance to see my sister through Your eyes, love her with Your heart, hold her through Your arms, and finally find and accept the inner peace You have so patiently and lovingly held for me all this time. Amen.”
