Gary said on X this was the first time he heard about Baker's intel, which is very similar to Cullen's and also calls up the Erik Prince quote. I don't know who called it first but Cullen gives more detail on it and makes sense of it, whereas Baker tells us a 315meter/344 yard distance is 448y.
