Poland celebrates Armed Forces Day with grand military parade

Warsaw hosts a grand military parade on Polish Armed Forces Day to commemorate victory over the Soviet Army during the Battle of Warsaw in 1920. Around 200 military vehicles and aircraft participated in the parade, and country's highest authorities attended the event.

During the parade, country's PM Donald Tusk stressed that in tough times of war Poland should count on its army and on 'real alliances', hinting at NATO counties, whose flags were also at display.
