Welcome to this 15-minute gentle Yoga Workout class, where we blend the best of yoga and pilates into one seamless and harmonious workout. This session is thoughtfully tailored for beginners, ensuring that each movement is accessible and beneficial for those new to these practices.
Our focus today is to build lower body & core strength as well as increasing flexibility. Through a series of carefully selected yoga poses and pilates exercises, you will gently stretch and tone your muscles, promoting both flexibility and stability.
