Tip #19 for saving money on groceries! (And cut down on overwhelm.)

Keep it simple. 😌

Keep your menu simple with only one or two foods for most categories.

For instance, instead of five different flours, stick with one or two!

The same goes with your meats, grains, beans, nuts and seeds.

The less variety, means the less money you're spending, and the less space you need to store it. It's also more likely you'll eat it rather than it getting lost or wasted.

It also keeps our minds simple and less overwhelmed.

This tip is from my daughter Haniya, and I love it. 💕

Keeping things simple is how you keep things manageable and how you keep it sustainable.

In Eat God's Way, we're all about keeping it simple.

Simple methods. Simple tools. Simple whole foods. Simple goodness.
