Aujourd'hui, je vais vous partager une recette santé à base de betteraves, pommes et carottes, riches en vitamines et minéraux essentiels pour votre bien-être. Sauvegardez cette vidéo pour ne pas la perdre. Pour commencer, nous avons besoin d'un kilogramme de betteraves. Les betteraves sont une source incroyable de vitamines A, C et B, ainsi que de fer, de cuivre, de magnésium et de potassium. Elles sont réputées pour leurs effets bénéfiques sur le cœur, les vaisseaux sanguins, le foie et la digestion, en plus de leurs propriétés anti-cancer. Quant aux pommes, elles regorgent de vitamines A, B, C, E et K, ainsi que de minéraux comme le zinc, le magnésium et le potassium. Elles sont de puissants alliés contre les virus, les bactéries et les radicaux libres, favorisant la perte de poids et stimulant la digestion. Les carottes, quant à elles, sont riches en vitamines et minéraux, notamment les vitamines A, B, C, E et K, ainsi que le calcium, le magnésium, le potassium et le sélénium. Pour unir tous ces bienfaits, voici ce que vous devez faire : versez tous les ingrédients dans deux litres d'eau froide et laissez-les infuser au réfrigérateur ou dans un endroit frais pendant vingt-quatre heures. Ensuite, filtrez bien le mélange à travers de la gaze de coton propre. Ajoutez quatre cuillères à soupe de miel et le jus de deux citrons. Mélangez bien les ingrédients. Breakfast is 100% my favorite and the most crucial meal of my day. This is also the meal where I see soo many people go wrong. As the first meal of the day, breakfast is when you literally break the fast from not eating during the night. That first meal should be healthy and full of protein and fats. Unfortunately I see too many people choosing inflammatory foods that destroy your gut, inhibiting your ability to naturally produce serotonin (happy hormone), while causing brain fog and reduced cognitive function among other things 😓 Pancakes, waffles, and cereal are NOT healthy options. I don't regard these things as "food". They possess little to no nutrition, and cause a ton of inflammation.
