Man violently arrested during his own wedding

A Russian wedding turned from bridal to homicidal after police stormed in to arrest the groom for stabbing a man several times in the chest. The assault happened a few days before the big day, in Blagoveshchensk, and, fortunately, the victim survived, and a race was on to read him his rights before he had read out his vows. After the happy bride and groom had been pronounced man and knife, local law enforcement gave the ‘I do’ to arrest the newlywed husband for causing grievous bodily harm. He now faces up to 10 years in prison, although at least it will get him away from his wife, who is probably furious about the whole thing.
