Ukrainian rocket falls on residential building in Kursk

Local authorities in the Russian city of Kursk say parts of an intercepted Ukrainian rocket have come down on a residential block, after Kiev launched a night attack on the city. 13 people have been wounded, two are said to be in a serious condition.
