Abraham’s Bosom Revisited: The Fate of Righteous Souls in Paradise After Christ's Resurrection

Summary:
In my last interview with Gary P. Miller, we briefly discussed progressive revelation in discussing his book Hell: God’s Prison. I also did a message a few weeks ago titled Progressive Revelation, in which I mentioned correcting my previous teaching about Abraham’s Bosom. Today, I want to revise my stance on what happened to the righteous souls in paradise after Jesus rose from the dead.

Takeaway:
I will always seek to correct any doctrine that I have taught wrongly. As the Lord reveals more of His Word to us, we should ever be willing to alter our thinking and be good Bereans. Our aim should never be to fit the Bible into our doctrine but only to fit our doctrine to match the Scriptures. Only then can it be said we have fought a good fight, we have finished our course, and we have kept the faith. I pray that what I shared today will comfort you in knowing what the Lord has in store for us!
