I began with Bi-Lateral Pronated Grip Hammer Strength Rows for a horizontal pull

Next, I did my usual Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns
-
Then, to adjust fire, I added in some Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises to do some direct side delt work for the first time in years

Finally, I did Pec Deck Rear Delt Reverse Flyes on the Hammer Strength Machine
