24. Fast Day Six, The No dam Choice Workout Tuesday August 6 2024

Been a very busy day at work. I was blessed all day with the Lord helping me out at crucial times to get places and get things done. We are on our way through to Day Seven now. My insides feel way better every time I do these fasts. I am always amazed at how many days goes by and I can still poop solid stuff. Anyway, have a wonderful Wednesday everyone.
