2011 Chevy Cruze - Thermostat, Water Outlet & Hoses Replacement

There are several known problems that plague the Gen 1 Chevy Cruzes. The cooling system is one of the major ones. GM decided to use a bunch of plastic components when they should have been metal. The heat cycles cause the plastic to get brittle and break. Also, the garbage Dexcool coolant eats the hoses up from the inside out. In this video, I replace the water outlet, thermostat, both radiator hoses and the turbo coolant hose.

You will also notice in the video that I just a nifty turned aluminum fitting to replace the plastic one at the top of the water outlet. If you would like to get one yourself, message @frankish5314 (on Youtube)
