Harris sends a message to Trump on setting a debate date

Vice President Kamala Harris held her first rally at Georgia State University's convocation center in Atlanta, Georgia. She asked former President Donald Trump to reconsider the option of a debate, saying, "If you have something to say, say it to my face."
